Resolution Dynamics, Inc. (RDI), an organization development and management skills training consulting firm, specializes in helping organizations plan, improve quality, enhance performance, and solve problems. We accomplish these goals through creative interventions grounded in sound organization development and training methodologies. RDI develops customized solutions to fulfill each client’s special organizational needs. We take pride in designing and delivering services that meet the highest quality standards.

We were founded in 1988 and have been in continuous operation since then. Our largest and longest client services contract was with the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission and ran from 1990 through 2005. The NRC consistently is listed as #1 on the annual “Best Places to Work in the Federal Government” survey. In our present incarnation, RDI is part of a network of independent firms and consultants. We are able to pull together teams to fulfill almost any size client requirement.

Nick Mann is RDI’s managing principal. His PhD is in organizational communication from Howard University and he is a certified coach from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. He is the author of a number of technical journal articles and is in the process of writing his first fiction novel (stay tuned).
