History

Resolution Dynamics, Inc. is a small, veteran-owned business speciallizing in training and organizational development. Incorporated in 1988, RDI is best known for supervisory and management training, organizational development consulting, executive coaching and process facilitation.

Since its inception, RDI has grown steadily, continually improving and expanding its services - solidifying its position among top caliber vendors in the metropolitan Washington, DC area. RDI principals and associates are seasoned, respected organizational practitioners.
